At Crestview Accessibility, our products are custom-made professional tools manufactured with precision and care. Because these items are built specifically for accessibility compliance use, all sales are final.
- No Returns – We do not accept returns on custom-made tools.
- No Refunds – Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Defects or Errors – If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will review your claim, and if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
